Housing

Housing serves multiple purposes. Players who rent or buy houses become citizens of that land and are able to access certain facilities depending on their position within the land and what the landowner has allowed.

The more houses that are occupied the higher the value of land and the more powerful your diplomatic control is.

Houses act as a place for players to safeguard their resources and build functionality such as a small forge.

Houses can be used as guild houses, where guild members can group together and live in a single location.

Houses occupied cost rent which goes back to the landowner. Unoccupied houses will cost the landowner to keep them maintained.

Lastly. you can make NPC houses that increase the amount of NPC’s you can have in your land.

Crop Farming

Crop Farming Crops are broken into food and resources. Food crops depend on the area and are used to sell to players, as well as feed NPCs.

Resources are used for other related buildings such as animal husbandry or machinery.

Tech Lab

A Multi-purpose technology laboratory can be used for research, cloning, and robotics.

Mining

Mining Buildings designated for mining will be there simply to produce resources. The resources are related to a bonding curve each time you mine a resource in the area, that area's resources become harder to mine. Picking your location for resources will be very important and could make or break your return of profit.

Alternatively, you can also sell, rent or exchange mining locations. Exchange allow you to rent your land in exchange for a percentage of the resources minded

Shops

They can be either a shop owned by the landowner, or a shop run by a player. Shops will make sales throughout the day from NPC’s buying odds and ends. Upgrading your shop and customizing the interior will increase the sales from NPC’s and players.

You have a set of controls with your shops such as trading hours and price.

Players with shops will have their sales taxed sent to the landowner based on the tax rate specified by the landowner.

Players will need to man the store or hire an NPC to manage. If no NPC is hired, the store will close until the player is back.

Shops can be set as marketplaces this will connect directly to the NFT marketplace to buy and trade. If a fee to use the marketplace is attached, the owner of the store will get the fee.

Resources can only be traded through the shops in the game and not on any open marketplace.

Non-NFT (Game Bound) items such as ammo, health packs, etc can also be bought only through shops.

Events

Events can be set up in the event menu. This will allow players to decide where and when they want to celebrate specific events. The event areas in the world can be allocated and when an event is held that area will turn into the desired event setup.

This means landowners can buy or create multiple event buildings in one area and have the location swap depending on the event. Event buildings have set up and take down times, you also cannot have two events running in the same event building location.

Construction

Construction-type buildings unlock more options for players and landowners. This would include upgrades, increasing the size or type of buildings, and will also increase the speed at which buildings are completed.

Players will decide where they buy or build based on lands established construction buildings

Manufacturing

Similar to construction buildings. Manufacture allows players and buildings to have different crafting and selling options.

Forges

Used to meltdown resources into other resources.

Electricity

A resource for landowners to power their buildings. Players can buy or build portable generators.

Solar is also an option and going off the grid is allowed. If players want to build on land that they don’t have permission to, they can buy solar or generators to do so. Landowners are allowed to attack them.

Prisons

Contain players who have broken a law on that land. Serving your time in prison will allow your player to return to the land without being attacked. Prison is also a great place to make contacts with other players or special NPC’s.

Warehouse

Store goods and inventory. Local to that warehouse or any land that has a warehouse trade agreement.

Markets (turn into trade operation)

Markets allow players and NPC to set up temporary stores. These stores can be unmanned and still sell but only last a period of time.

If you upgrade the market you can also run galactic trade agreements sending resources from your land to another land in exchange for money, goods, or service. This will increase your governance abilities.

Teleport to local or other lands. Like stargate.

Arenas

Arenas are hosted areas. Arenas can be any form of entertainment from battle royals, one on one or even card games and races.

In the arena, players can wager USC tokens on their ability to beat the other player, these arenas also can stream games to the landowner/building owners twitch or live stream
