Staking, Claiming and Fees
Staking
Users have the option of LP staking or single RPG staking. Currently, tethered NFT character assets can only be generated through single staking.
How To Stake and Generate an NFT Asset
First, create an account or login to the platform by navigating to the Revolve Games Website and clicking the “CONNECT” button in the right side of the top bar.
Click Connect again on the pop-up
In the right side of the top bar, click on the sign up (if you don’t already have an account) or sign in (if you do already have an account)
Once you are logged into your account, choose your network (BSC or Polygon)
In the left navigation bar, click on “Generate Assets”, then under “Stake RPG — Generate Character” enter in the the amount of RPG you would like to stake and tether to a character.
Choose your character Race; Desin, Trilqar or Agon... Click enable.
Confirm the Metamask transaction
After the transaction has been enabled, click “Stake & Generate”
Confirm the transaction in Metamask.
You’ve just generated a character!
Your character generation will be displayed in a pop up screen. Name your character by selecting the pencil icon next to the name in the top left corner. *Please note that in the MVP version only the suit colour trait will be visually represented. The other traits will be updated in the near future.
If you are unhappy with the character traits that have been generated and would like to reroll trait generation, click the “REROLL” button. Please note this incurs a 2% fee.
If you are happy with your character click “ACCEPT”.
To see your asset inventory, click on “INVENTORY” in the left navigation.
The inventory page will also show the total amount staked and average APY.
Claiming
Single staking rewards accrue for 30 days, after this time you will stop receiving additional rewards until you claim your outstanding rewards. This mechanism is necessary to stabilize our system of calculating dynamic rewards.
Fees
There is a 3% fee on unstaking as well as a 3% sell/transfer fee.
Users can avoid the transfer fee by sending tokens through our token transfer portal located in the account user profile section of the Revolve Games website.
The fees are dynamically redistributed to NFT tethered staking contracts.
