Selestium Firma

Selestium’s land builder companion app, allows you to manage your land even before the full release of Selestium. Since Selestium is being developed in a modular fashion, it will be released in stages; Pylon defense being the first MVP of Selestium.

Using Firma to manage your land will provide you more benefits in Pylon Defense, Bones and Blade and future Selestium modules. It’s a fun way of interacting with your land and will be available on both desktop and mobile.

Each building has a set construction time, in general, the more value the building has, the longer it will take to build.

Users can scan and view all the land plots in Selestium to see what buildings have been built and more information pertaining to the land.

Benefits of developing your land using Firma

Owning land is of great benefit in Selestium. Land owners have a unique opportunity that nomads do not, they are able to build important features which provide great benefit in game. Some of these features include housing, mining facilities, tech labs, barracks, event facilities and more. There are in game advantages of developing on your land prior to all Selestium modules being released.

Firma Benefits in Pylon Defense

Players in Pylon Defense will receive resources and XP increased rates depending on the buildings they build on their land. Let’s take for example a player who builds a mining rig and mines for blood stone; this resource will have a higher chance of dropping when playing pylon defense due to the effects of the mining rig on their plot of land.

Firma Benefits in Bones and Blade

Players in Bones and Blade will also receive carryover benefits from Firma. Buildings print cards for Bones and Blade, which would otherwise require you to earn while playing Bones and Blade. For example, this could be a dwelling card for building a house.

Skin finder

By building a research facility, the players can set out to find new skins each day. With the chance of finding rare skins for their NFT players in pylon defense or the Bones and Blade.

Landowners will also enjoy benefits outside of gameplay, as listed below.

Landowners get special access to unique skins and avatars unavailable to the public

We will regularly release new skins and items to landowners’ buildings that can be found through playing and using the buildings as a random reward.

Landowners get special access to unique characters unavailable to the public

New races and characters will be first released to landowners. Depending on the results with the landowners these races will be released to the public or they will stay as landowners only.

Advertising — the landowners can advertise their products and services by customizing their properties on Selestium Metaverse

You may place billboards or posters around your buildings and land and you can upload your own images and videos. As well, you can name your buildings, NPC dialogue, and NPC name.

You can also sell items that link to your physical or digital store. This means you can sell and advertise your products in your online buildings.

Landowner-only discord where the developers will answer questions basically it’s an AMA all the time.

Get Landowner cards for Bones and Blade

Buildings can print cards for Bones and Blade which would otherwise require you to earn while playing Bones and Blade.

Rent land to players for RPG

If you would like, you can rent all the features of the land to players for RPG based on a given time. They will then run the land as if it were their own. This would be no different from renting land in a physical property agreement.

Rent buildings to players for RPG

Similar to the above, you can rent specific buildings to players giving them the advantages of the building and this will work the same as renting land to players.

Resource and XP multipliers

Simply by owning land you will gain multipliers for all players who are part of your guild. Specific buildings will help increase the speed.

Marketplace for free (until you reached the cost of your land)

Any time you sell an NFT on the marketplace you will not be charged until the cost of the land is covered. This means the cost of your land is repaid back to you in the marketplace fee-free time. You can also rent this land with this as a benefit.

Buildings that produce unique equipment or items (Weapons, Armor, Mounts, and Pets)

Specific Weapons, Items, ect are found as blueprints in the game, these blueprints can be added to your buildings allowing players to spend a portion of the RPG to use the building and acquire the unique items. You can also produce the items yourself and sell them on the secondary market.

Unique Landowner created new characters, items, pets, and vehicles.

You can use the uniquely created items, this is a system that requires specific goods or resources to build items that are uniquely yours. This would mean, the color, look, and feel would be unique to you, allowing you to build an item that represents your brand or guild.
